农副产品紫薯泥的做法：
1.紫薯外表洗净，切大块备用
2.高压锅中放入适量凉水，把紫薯放入蒸屉中，盖上锅盖大火蒸5—7分钟，蒸汽上来后转小火蒸20分钟左右即可。
3.. 把蒸好的紫薯去皮，放入碗中搅拌成泥，加入适量蜂蜜水或炼乳使紫薯泥湿度适中，搅拌均匀。
4.把准备好的原味薯片平铺在盘中，紫薯泥均匀放到薯片上即可。
