肉质品干煸榄菜肉末豆角的做法：
1.肉馅加料酒、生抽拌匀，油锅中火下姜片爆香，下肉末炒散盛起。豆角洗净，切成丁，蒜切成末。
2.锅内放平时炒菜一半油烧热，下豆角丁炒，加半勺盐，改中小火慢慢煸炒。
3.炒5分钟左右，炒至水分煸干、豆角表面微微发皱，下熟肉末、橄榄菜、蒜末，再炒1分钟至肉末橄榄菜炒散、蒜香散发出来，加少许白糖调味出锅。
